This is a beautiful piece of land, it is about 13 Rai (20,800 m²). The land is a hill, with flat land around it and many trees. There is a small lake on the land with a sala in the middle. The house is unfinished, there are 3 main rooms with balconies up stairs and 3 main rooms down stairs with terraces. When the trees are thinned out a little and the underbrush is taken out there is a beautiful view of the ocean, there are palm trees on the land.
