This is a running resort located on the beach. There are approx 50 rooms for 2 - 7 people, and 5 VIP bungalows with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 6 - 12 people. The resort has a conference room and restaurant. This resort is a good value for the money, since the prices of land in this area are a little less than what the seller wants for the whole resort. The land size is approx. 18 Rai (28,800m²) with a wide beach front.
